Accounts and Access

Event Registration and Tickets
Registrations are subject to event-specific rules, capacity, deadlines, and organizer decisions. Tickets and registration records are linked to event participation and may be updated or restricted based on event operations, scheduling, or organizer requirements.
Participant Information
If you save participant information in EasyBattle Global, you are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Reusable participant details may be used again in future registration flows.
Payments and Third-Party Services
Where payment functionality is available, payments may be processed through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe. External login or communication providers may also be used where supported. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
Organizer and Staff Access
Organizer and staff features may only be used by authorized users. Access to those tools may depend on event roles, permissions, operational needs, or internal platform controls.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use EasyBattle Global for fraud, abuse, or disruption.

The service may change over time, and event-related information may be updated by organizers or staff. EasyBattle Global does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every event listing, schedule, or result will remain unchanged.

We may update platform features, policies, or these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of EasyBattle Global after changes become effective may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
